If you can’t do this, try to stay indoors. Cigarette is very good way to attract sinusitis. Puffing cause sinusitis really quickly and if you can, avoid cigarettes at any cost.

You should also know your allergy triggers. If you are allergic from flowers or dust, try to avoid dust, flowers. There is a desensitization system available in hospitals which help you in developing immunity from substances which cause you allergy.
